After just a month of break, MSU College of Law Iligan Extension will hold anew its on-site enrollment for AY 2022-2023 at Mindanao State University- Iligan Institute of Technology on July 20-24, 2022.
Among Marawi, General Santos, and Iligan campuses, the latter will be the first to conduct enrollment for the new academic year. By tradition, enrollment periods among the three campuses are held successively and not simultaneously due to the limited manpower of the College Administration.
The enrollment, although with no official announcement, was initially scheduled for July 22, 2022, but was later changed to an earlier date to cater to the availability of the new administration. Accordingly, the New Assistant Dean Norsary Sumandar Mamad will be hands-on with the whole enrollment procedure in Iligan, Marawi, and General Santos Campuses, as well as with the answering of inquiries as to admission and other matters. Students then who have specific concerns are discouraged to send proxies to process for them.
The Supreme Law Student Council of Iligan Extension under the leadership of outgoing SLSC President Naim Suba laid most of the groundwork. They will be joined by different College Organizations on the day of enrollment namely The Nexus, Debate and Moot Society, and Sarimanok Virtual Law Clinic.
Old and returning students are scheduled to register for the 1st semester on the first three days while the remaining days are for incoming freshmen. The College anticipates at least 300 enrollees from the higher year levels and more than 100 from the freshmen.
No official announcement has yet been made regarding the modality of the first semester classes but everyone expects the resumption of face-to-face classes after more than 2 years of holding virtual lectures.
